Mask No.1, Nr.2, Nr.3 – Portraits 2020
In my mask project, I explored questions of identity in the form of masks. In doing so, I gave hair a prominent role as a means of concealment to the point of unrecognisability, with a complete loss of identity. I attached synthetic hair to a stocking to recombine symbols of aesthetics, eroticism, disgust, power and identity.
